Our Pre-Pack screens provide sand control in applications where gravel packing is not feasible. These screens incorporate two all-welded screen jackets attached to a perforated base pipe. The annulus between the two jackets is filled with a filter medium sized to specific well conditions. Various filter media are available including resin coated sand, resieved sand and ceramic beads. Pre-Pack screens offer a high percentage flow area and thickfilled annulus for effective filtration. Pre-Pack screens are available in a variety of sizes including slimhole sizes for thru-tubing applications.
